Job Description

Channel Management & Distribution:
* Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably by leading groups of on roll officers & in-charge as well as appointing/handling new stockists
* Evolving strategies & activities to achieve desired business objectives & implement recognition campaigns for enhancing motivation.
* Ensuring cost effective ROI across the distribution channel and monitoring availability of requisite brands at the various sales outlets/ channels.

Sales Promotion:
* Creating Product awareness through merchandising activities & building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements.
* Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares. Brand image building and awareness campaigns.
* Allocating Product wise Budgets and designing new promotional trade schemes.
* Ensuring the proper implementation of Consumer and trade promotional Schemes in the market

Customer Relationship Management:
* Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
* Attending concerns & complaints of dealers and distributor as well as undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
* Proficiently interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the brands' awareness, state & development.

Team Management:
* Imparting /organizing training programs for new recruits for achieving pre planned business targets.
* Handling team of On roll Sales Team (8 to 12). On job training to Sales Officer about retail distribution & sales for both City & Urban areas.
* Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

Required Candidate profile

Any Graduate with Minimum 5+ Years of hardcore Foods / Beverages Co. experience is Must

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
