# Buying and Merchandise Planning: - Pursue cost reduction measures through centralized bulk buying and/ or selecting appropriate vendor mix, scanning the environment for benchmarks and constantly improving the purchase process
# New Brand & Range introduction & rationalization of non performing categories & range.
# Vendor Management: - TOT & SOH finalization with vendor & ensuring maximum profitability.
# Maintain vendor relations to obtain fair and reasonable prices, volume, discounts & payment terms.
# Inventory Management: - Develop and execute assortment plans based on sales and inventory.
# Promotion Planning - Monthly, EOSS, Online Offers & anniversary Promotion.
# Liaison with Marketing and Sales Team to ensure effectiveness of sales campaigns and promotions.
# Competitor analysis: - To visit our competitors who carry same range of products, study their price, promotion etc. By studying we can analyze & make our buying better. Constant research on new products and develop the same with our existing suppliers.
# Using SAP and various reports to check stocks and Sales information. Also monitor and ensure in store stock availability as per the MBQ.
Required Candidate profileMBA in Retail or Marketing or Fashion & Merchandising Graduate or PG with Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Cosmetics or Personal Care Buying.
Must be from E-Commerce / Retail Industry with Cosmetics and Personal Care buying experience
Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 10,00,000 PA.
