Job Description

# Must have good knowledge of salary structure & labour compliance,
# The HR and Admin Officer is directly responsible for the employee life cycle management of all employees at district level. In addition s/he will lead the administrative function in the district, manage the admin assistant and in his/her absence handle administration directly.
# Looking after recruitment process,
# On boarding and Induction- Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees of the designations.
# Ensure that induction plan is signed off and filed in the personal file of all employees.
# Attendance and Leave management,
#Salary Processing / Payroll,
# Employee data - Maintain the complete data base of all employees in payroll in specified excel sheet / Spine Software and update them regularly with any changes,
# Maintain and update the organograms for the district along with the master data of employees.
# Performance Management Process end-to-end responsibility of objective setting, mid year reviews, year end appraisals, calibration, performance review discussions, development planning.
# Alignment of individual performance objectives with critical business goals, identification of development needs, inputs and facilitation to ensure quality of PMS and execution of development plans.
# Employee Separation - Ensure resignation letters are received for employees who intend to leave.
# Conduct exit interviews in specified formats and share with Manager HR and admin on a monthly basis.
# Focus on developing people capability to achieve sustainable business growth in line with the overall objectives of the organization by focusing on Soft Skills Training.
# Processes for communication on HR policies, organizational changes and business results.
#Data Management- Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents at the district level.
# Execute the On-boarding process within the organization Organization, Functional or Region level as per guidelines received from the Learning & Development.

# Conduct skip level meetings and gauge the engagement level of the employee during the on-boarding phase.

#Employee Engagement - Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on regular basis,

# Collaborate with District Manger on programs / activities that will maximize employee engagement and satisfaction

# Managing Timely and accurate payroll inputs, Communication of Compensation with new joinees and ensuring clarity.
# Regional Benefit administration with regards to Medical Insurance, EISC.
# Responsible for the overall HR compliance on Labour Law front in the various functioning of the Branch operations.
# To manage and conduct all Employee Relations procedures with support from HR Operations on disciplinary, grievance, performance management and redundancies, Internal Complaints Committee, conducting Exit interviews, coordinating the employees exit from the firm and tracking status of full & final settlement .




Required Candidate profile

1. Candidate Must be MBA in HR / MSW,
2. Preferred Candidate from local Area,
3. Working as HR Generalist role.

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 PA.
