Job Description

# Primarily responsible for sales of on-grid rooftop solar solutions to residential, Industrial and commercial.

# Responsible for point of contact with site team, design team and other departments for smooth delivery of project and related matters.
# Provide sales support, monitor status and ensure achievement on a sustained basis.
# Share market intelligence and recommend effective
# Solutions while also employing quantitative abilities to make effective, strategic decisions.
# Handling Institutional sales and Project management.
# Handling relationship with new and existing clients

# Coordinating internal resources and site team for flawless execution of projects.

# Delivery of Revenue & Project Execution objectives as per sales targets assigned Area.

# Lead Generation - Prospect and qualify potentials in the geography/ industry vertical assigned

# Ownership & follow-up of leads till sales closure,

# Conduct Audits as assigned.

# Manage Solar Solutions Partners and Support where required for execution of projects won.

# Drive completion of projects won- by networking with internal and external stakeholders and ensure collection of full payment from the end consumer.

# Business development , lead generation and conversion, Client reporting and CRM, Sales team handling front end to back end.

# Contacting potential clients Inquiry generation and offer / quotation submission.

# Experience in offering products in line with application and closing sales.
# Negotiation & Contract Finalisation with client.
# Engineering , procurement and commissioning Solar projects

Required Candidate profile

  1. B.E. / B.Tech - Electrical /Mechanical /Civil
  2. MBA Preferred with minimum 2-4 Years of experience in Solar Product - Institutional / Project Sales

Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 PA.
