Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for Talent Acquisition, HRBP & Employee Engagement for Corporate Team, Driving all functions recruitment cycle across all channels, handling developing Recruitment Strategy to assist Manager to close the positions. Vendor Management, Managing Hiring Cost, Managing HR Conversion Ratio, Conducting Induction for New Joiners, Maintaining data for periodical review & data analysis, Vendor Management & cost analysis. responsible for sales function new joiners induction & other operations work - offer letter generation, background verification, code generation, on boarding, induction planning, Coordination of processes relating to staff life cycle including on-boarding, coordination of training, attendance, leave, transfer, deputation, Exit etc, Sharing Payroll inputs with HO & maintaining MIS tracker for data analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates must be from FMCG, FMCD, Retail industry will be preferred.
